Answer : Delivery times
will depend upon the item’s availability, the delivery option you choose and
your location.
Generally deliveries are as follows:

items showing as In Stock Now
-You will receive your order on
the following working day if your order was placed before 14:00 otherwise the
day after. (Working Days)
For items showing as Stock low
thats when 1 stock item showing If correct i will send it,
This would mean that I will have ordered new stock OR
-You will receive your order within 2-3 working days, but please allow up to 5 working days. This will depend on our suppliers.
We don't sell batteries to test your phone is not Faulty, it not fair on us or other customers,
We can not or will not sell a battery as new to a customer if its been used to test a faulty phone or has been put on charge,
Your local phone shop would have checked your phone to see if it required a new battery

Guarantees
All equipment sold is covered by the relevant manufacturers warranties, All though we offer a 12 month Guarantee on all our 'Newer Model Batteries' (Phone Models That are Less Than 5 Year from being available on Sale by the Major Stores or Batteries from C.S. which are still in production)
or 6 Months Warranty on 'Older Phone Models' including manufacturers Genuine Batteries that have not been produced for 5 years or more.
